What’s an integrated retaining wall?
It’s a reinforced wall that uses pressure-treated lumber where soil touches the fence, plus an extra post in the middle of sections for more strength. In short: posts every 4 ft instead of every 8 ft on a regular fence.
What redwood types are available?
Redwood con common
The most common fence wood in Fremont. Expect visible knots and a more stripey mix of reds and whites. We handpick the cleaner-looking boards.
Redwood con heart
The premium option. More even color, slightly darker tone, and fewer knots. Great for street-facing sections. About $6 more per ft than redwood con common.
Is cedar available in Fremont?

2 feet deep for 6 ft tall fences. 3 feet deep for 7 and 8 foot tall fences. 10 inches in diameter.
